NOVELTY - An organic solution of graphene oxide is prepared under oxygen-free and anhydrous conditions, an tungsten hexachloride and alkyl derivative of lithium are added into an organic solvent for reacting, and then the organic solution of the graphene oxide is added for carrying out reduction reaction, to obtain a graphene crude product. The graphene crude product is subjected to microwave heat treatment to obtain graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene having high conductivity with low oxygen content, is prepared by safe, environmentally-friendly and efficient method in short period of time.
