NOVELTY - Graphene aqueous electrothermal film comprises a polyester film and a conductive layer coated on the surface of the polyester film. The conductive layer comprises 1 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0.2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary, 15-50 pts. wt. waterborne resin and 1-50 pts. wt. beta-cyclodextrin derivative. USE - Graphene aqueous electrothermal film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aqueous electrothermal film solves technical problem that conductive filler is unevenly distributed in slurry, low in conductivity of electroconductive film caused by agglomeration, and low in compatibility dispersant and the thickener component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene aqueous electrothermal film, which involves: (A) hydrophilizing a conductive filler in a surfactant, and then adding a beta-cyclodextrin derivative solution to perform pre-dispersion to obtain a conductive filler solution; (B) adding an auxiliary agent to the conductive filler solution, and dispersing to obtain a homogeneous dispersion; (C) adding an aqueous resin to the homogeneous dispersion, stirring and mixing to obtain an electrothermal film slurry; and (D) applying the electrothermal film slurry to the polyester film to form a conductive layer of the electrothermal film, and drying to obtain an electrothermal film composed of the electrothermal film conductive layer and the film forming carrier.
