▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The composite unit has a carbon nano-fiber arranged on S-graphene sheet that is provided with a graphene oxide unit. An intercalated structure is provided with the carbon nano-fiber. A surface of the carbon nano-fiber is coated with metal oxide. The metal oxide comprises manganese oxide, ruthenium oxide, iridium oxide, cobalt oxide and nickel oxide. Diameter of the carbon nano-fiber is 1-500 nano meter. Weight of the graphene sheet is 10-60%. Weight of the carbon nano fiber is 40-90%. USE - Hybrid nano-composite unit for an electrode (claimed) of a super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The composite unit can optimize the graphene sheet through the intercalated structure in an easy manner. The composite unit improves performance characteristic of the graphene sheet. The composite unit can exhibit composite function of a double layer capacitor and a pseudo capacitor through the intercalated structure so as to improve energy density and power density of a high-capacity energy storage device. The intercalated structure is provided with the carbon nano-fiber that is arranged on the graphene sheet so as to control content of the carbon nano-fiber and the graphene sheet and improve chemical electrical characteristic of the carbon nano-fiber.
