NOVELTY - An alloy material comprises 45-65 wt.% gallium, 5-15 wt.% indium, and the balance amount of palladium. USE - The alloy material is useful as catalyst for in-situ growing single-layer graphene on light-transmitting substrate or reflective substrate, and for treating waterproof mist (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for treating waterproof mist, which involves using the alloy material as a catalyst and methane as a carbon source through chemical vapor deposition method, and performing in-situ growing of a single layer of graphene on a surface of a substrate.
