NOVELTY - Graphite-containing plant lubricating oil comprises castor oil, modified castor oil, liquid graphene, trimethyl citrate, N,N-dimethylacetamide, modified cerium cerate, modified sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sucrose ester, organic molybdenum compound, dodecyl selenium, 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone, benzotriazole, polymethylmethacrylate, 1-butyl-3-vinylimidazole hexafluoroantimonate, polyurethane, cyclohexane and organic anti-aging agent. USE - Used as graphite-containing plant lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil has good antioxidant and self-cleaning ability, good lubricity, viscosity temperature characteristics, low temperature fluidity, low volatility, corrosion resistance, anti-foam and anti-emulsifying ability, and comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite-containing plant lubricating oil comprises 100-150 pts. wt. castor oil, 20-30 pts. wt. modified castor oil, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. liquid graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. trimethyl citrate, 10-20 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide, 2-3 pts. wt. modified cerium cerate, 5-8 pts. wt. modified sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. sucrose ester, 1-3 pts. wt. organic molybdenum compound, 1-3 pts. wt. dodecyl selenium, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone, 3-5 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 3-5 pts. wt. polymethylmethacrylate, 3-5 pts. wt. 1-butyl-3-vinylimidazole hexafluoroantimonate, 1-3 pts. wt. polyurethane, 2-5 pts. wt. cyclohexane and 1-3 pts. wt. organic anti-aging agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphite-containing plant lubricating oil comprising adding modified castor oil, modified sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sucrose ester, polymethylmethacrylate and polyurethane into N,N-dimethylacetamide, stirring at a speed of 500-800 revolution/minute for 10-30 minutes, then adding into castor oil to obtain a mixed solution, stirring the mixture liquid for 30-60 minutes, ultrasonicating, adding liquid graphene, trimethyl citrate, modified nano-sodium cerate, organic molybdenum compounds, dodecyl selenium, 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone, benzotriazole, 1-butyl-3-vinylimidazole hexafluoroantimonate, cyclohexane, organic anti-aging agent, and stirring at a speed of 3000-5000 revolution/minute for 10-30 minutes to obtain coarse plant lubricants, then adding crude plant lubricating oil into high-pressure pulse processing chamber using high-voltage pulse electric field treatment to obtain final product.
