NOVELTY - The device has a coupler arranged on a top cover of a columnar cavity. The coupler is provided with two groups of equiangular spiral lines and coaxial switches in a middle. A central point of the two sets of spiral lines is connected with a conductor in a coaxial adapter. The coaxial switch is electrically connected with an external signal transmission cable. The two groups generate a TE011 magnetic force line after receiving an external microwave signal transmitted by the coaxial switching. The TE011 mode field structure is generated by the TE011 field structure. USE - Device for testing dielectric property based on equiangular spiral coupler used in electronic science technology and basic physical research. Can also be used in testing graphene surface conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The device adopts two groups of equiangular spiral coupling, improves the measuring precision of the material dielectrics property, is simple to manufacture and low in cost.
