NOVELTY - Thermal-oxidative-aging-resistant conductive epoxy resin composite material comprises 15-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.005-0.05 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 30-200 pts. wt. dimethyl carbonate, 1-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.2-4 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. thickening agent, and 1-10 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Thermal-oxidative-aging-resistant conductive epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The thermal-oxidative-aging-resistant conductive epoxy resin composite material has effectively reduced negative effects caused by fine defects of the composite material, excellent electric conduction, heat conduction, simple flow, good filler dispersion effect, excellent aging resistance under severe conditions and has wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermal-oxidative-aging-resistant conductive epoxy resin composite material, which involves: (A) weighing and mixing dimethyl carbonate, carbon black, graphene, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpyrrolidone into dimethyl carbonate to dissolve to obtain a mixed solution; (B) adding the carbon black and the graphene weighed into the mixed solution of the dimethyl carbonate and the polyvinylpyrrolidone; (C) performing ultrasonic dispersion modification for 30-60 minutes under ultrasonic condition of the ultrasonic frequency of 20-60Hz to obtain a surface modified graphene/carbon black suspension; (D) heating the surface modified graphene/carbon black suspension at 60-90 degrees C: (E) stopping the reaction after a portion of solvent is evaporated; (F) naturally cooling to room temperature; (G) taking out the mixed solution as a modified filler mixed solution for later use; (H) weighing and mixing the epoxy resin and modified filler mixed solution under stirring for 10 minutes; and (I) adding a flatting agent and a thickening agent under stirring to obtain the modified high-aging-resistance conductive epoxy resin prepolymer.
