NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional flower structure graphene quantum dot/manganese hydroxide composite material involves (S1) dispersing the graphene material in concentrated sulfuric acid, magnetically stirring at 0-5 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, adding 8-10 %mass potassium permanganate, heating to 50-55 degrees C, stirring for 12-15 hours, cutting the graphite oxide into graphene quantum dots, pouring the reaction liquid into ice water of 0-5 degrees C, rapidly stirring, cooling to room temperature, dripping 10-30 %mass hydrogen peroxide to obtain a bright yellow graphene quantum dot solution, (S2) filtering the graphene quantum dot solution, collecting the filtrate, adjusting the pH of the solution to 6-8 using sodium hydroxide solution, precipitating a white precipitate in the solution, filtering, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dot/manganese hydroxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite material has regular flower shape, uniform size, excellent reproducibility and large specific surface area.
