▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Solvent heating method comprises dispersing a graphite oxide into a solvent at a stirring speed of 100-300 revolutions per minute (rpm) and then adding zinc source and uniformly mixing the mixture to obtain a mixed solution, performing solvent heating treatment to the solution at 60-180 degrees C for 1-16 hours, washing the mixture with distilled water for 2-4 times, and drying in a vacuum at 60-80 degrees C for 2-8 hours to obtain zinc oxide/graphene composite material, where the mass ratio of graphite oxide to solvent is 1:(500-1500) and the mass ratio of graphite oxide to zinc source is 1:(1-20). USE - The solvent heating method is useful for synthesizing zinc oxide/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The solvent heating method is capable of simply and economically synthesizing zinc oxide/graphene composite material with less energy consumption.
