NOVELTY - Preparing a catalyst comprises (1) loading the auxiliary agent center on the carrier to obtain the catalyst precursor A, (2) loading the catalytic active center on the catalyst precursor A to obtain the catalyst precursor B, and (3) covering the outer surface of the catalyst precursor B with a protective layer. USE - The catalyst is useful for catalyzing the reaction in which the active center is easily deactivated by the influence of the external environment, preferably in synthesis reaction of myricetal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method of the invention can greatly improve the tolerance of the catalyst to the environment, reduces the harsh requirements of the reaction to the external environment and the device, and improves the reaction activity and stability of the catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for catalyst obtained by the method as mentioned above.
