▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene baking varnish comprises graphene nanoflakes, heat dissipation fillers, at least one dispersant, binders and carriers. The solid content of graphene baking varnish is 10-70 wt.%, where the graphene nanoflakes are present at 20-70 wt.% based on a solid composition of the varnish. The heat dissipation fillers are natural graphite, carbon black, boron nitride, oxides, copper, tin, iron, zinc, nickel or silver. The dispersant is nonionic or ionic dispersant. The binder is made of thermoplastic polymers. The carriers are aqueous and/or organic solvents. USE - The graphene baking varnish is useful for coating a metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The graphene baking varnish: enhances adhesion and improves heat dissipation rate by convection and radiation; is a graphene-rich paint which exhibits high heat conductivity and supplies a more smooth heat conduction pathway, as compared to binder-rich and color filler-rich paint; and forms a protection film on a metal surface.
