▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Core-shell type self-crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion comprises 200-400 pts. wt. acrylic ester monomer, 10-20 pts. wt. crosslinking monomer, 10-20 pts. wt. emulsifying agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. initiator, 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. inorganic nano-particle dispersion, 0.1-2 pts. wt. molecular weight regulator, 0.1-2 pts. wt. pH buffering agent, 1-5 pts. wt. alkali neutralizing agent and 500-1000 pts. wt. water. USE - Core-shell type self-crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The core-shell type self-crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion has ethanol dilution resistance, overcomes the dissolution and desorption effect of ethanol to emulsion particle periphery, and improves the ethanol stability of the emulsion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing ethanol-diluted core-shell type self-crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion, which involves: a. weighing crosslinking monomer, emulsifying agent, pH buffering agent and water sequentially, taking 10 wt.% crosslinking monomer, emulsifying agent, pH buffering agent and water for preparing seed pre-emulsion to prepare seed pre-emulsion, stirring residual core layer monomer and emulsion agent, water and pH buffering agent under action of magnetic stirring to obtain core layer pre-emulsion, weighing shell layer monomer, emulsifying agent, pH buffering agent and water, stirring to obtain shell layer pre-emulsion, where core layer monomer comprises acrylic ester and styrene monomer, crosslinking monomer and molecular weight regulator, shell layer monomer comprises acrylic ester and styrene monomer and molecular weight regulator, amount of emulsifying agent for preparing core layer pre-emulsion is same as that of emulsifying agent used for preparing seed pre-emulsion, which is 25-35 wt.% of whole system emulsifying agent; b. adding seed pre-emulsion in reactor, stirring and heating to 80-90℃, adding 20 wt.% initiator to make seed portion monomer aggregate, rotating speed is 300 revolutions/minute (rpm), namely preparing to obtain seed emulsion; and c. adding core layer pre-emulsion and 40 wt.% initiator for preparing seed emulsion into reactor, process is semi-continuous process, dropping time is 1-1.5 hours, after core layer pre-emulsion and initiator are dropped, keeping temperature for 0.5 hours to obtain core layer emulsion, adding shell layer pre-emulsion and residual initiator for 1-2 hours, and keeping temperature for 2 hours, reducing temperature of reaction system to 50℃, and adding inorganic nanoparticle dispersion and crosslinking agent into system, continuously stirring for 30 minutes, using neutralizing agent to adjust pH of emulsion to 8.5-9, filtering with 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain self-crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion with core-shell structure
