NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot loaded nano silver particle involves adding polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber into solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid in ratio 3:1 to obtain mixed solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-2.5 hours, refluxing for 24 hours, and dispersing to obtain brownish black solution. The solution is heated at 100-110 degrees C. The brownish black solution is cooled to room temperature, de-ionized water is added to dilute. The sodium carbonate is added to neutralize residual acid to 8. The obtained solution is evaporated by rotary evaporation and concentrated, then filtered to remove inorganic salt. The filtered filtrate is subjected to dialysis bag whose cut-off molecular weight is 10000-12000 dialysis for 5 days under the condition of stirring to obtain graphene quantum dot aqueous solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot loaded nano silver particle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene quantum dot solid is supported by silver nano-particle aqueous solution of the graphene quantum dot into three-mouth flask, heated at 100 degrees C in oil bath. The 0.1 mol/L silver nitrate solution, nitric acid and aqueous solution of graphene quantum dot solution are added in ratio of 1:6. The solution of graphene quantum dot to react for 40 minutes to obtain silver nano-particles, dried by anhydrous ethanol for centrifugalizing and washed, and drued to 50 degrees C to obtain silver nano-particles of graphene quantum dot solid.
