NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite involves pre-oxidizing graphite with an oxidizing agent to obtain graphene oxide. The obtained graphene oxide is dispersed in N-methylpyrrolidone to graphite oxide suspension. pH of the obtained graphite oxide suspension is adjusted to 9-10 by adding sodium hydroxide solution. Copper sulfate (1.5-2.5g/L) is mixed to the suspension with stirring. Vitamin C (3 times the amount of graphite oxide suspension) is added to the graphite oxide suspension at 85-95 degrees C and reflux for 2.5-3 hours to obtain reflux liquid. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate, and has high industrial production efficiency, and produces graphene composite, which is highly conductive and stable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite involves pre-oxidizing graphite with an oxidizing agent to obtain graphene oxide. The obtained graphene oxide is dispersed in N-methylpyrrolidone to graphite oxide suspension. pH of the obtained graphite oxide suspension is adjusted to 9-10 by adding sodium hydroxide solution. Copper sulfate (1.5-2.5g/L) is mixed to the suspension with stirring. Vitamin C (3 times the amount of graphite oxide suspension) is added to the graphite oxide suspension at 85-95 degrees C and reflux for 2.5-3 hours to obtain reflux liquid. The obtained reflux liquid is mixed with polylactic acid solution (0.6-0.8 wt.%, molecular weight of 50,000D) in a ratio of 5:1 at 65-70 degrees C and stirred for for 5-6 hours. The obtained mixture is kept for sometime, stratified and then filtered to obtain a master batch. Titanium powder and asphalt of are mixed in ratio of 10:3. The master batch is mixed with titanium powder and asphalt mixture in a ratio of 20:1 at 150-180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes. The master batch mixture is dried and crushed to particle size of 300-400 microns to obtain graphene composite.
