NOVELTY - An enzymatic glycerol-based biofuel cell anode comprises center base electrode, and enzyme layer and dielectric layer from inside to outside. The enzyme layer comprises graphene chitosan, glycerokinase and glycerol-3-phosphate oxidase. USE - Enzymatic glycerol-based anode is used in manufacture of biofuel cell and biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The enzymatic glycerol-based anode has excellent catalyst loading capacity and catalytic performance, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of enzymatic glycerol biofuel cell anode.
