NOVELTY - Green environmentally-friendly non-phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor comprises 2.5-5 wt.% amine type dendritic high polymer, 2-5 wt.% graphene aqueous dispersion liquid, 10-35 wt.% multi-element copolymer, 5-10 wt.% maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, 5-10 wt.% 2-phosphate-1,2, 4-tricarboxylic acid butane and de-ionized water. USE - Used as green environmentally-friendly non-phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor. ADVANTAGE - The inhibitor: solves problem of low scale inhibition performance; can prevent carbonate scale, sulfate scale and silicate scale from appearing in the system; and provides a good corrosion inhibition effect to ensure the normal operation of the system and ensure safe production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing green environmentally-friendly non-phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor, comprising (i) mixing the multi-element copolymer, maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer and graphene aqueous dispersion in proportions, heating to 65-95 degrees C and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 15-20 minutes; (ii) heating to 105 degrees C, adding 2-phosphate-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid butane in specific proportion, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 15-20 minutes; and (iii) adding amine type dendritic polymer in specific proportion, refluxing for 0.5-1 hour, adding deionized water in specific proportion, and cooling the material.
