NOVELTY - Preparing graphene containing yttrium barium copper oxide (YBCO) coating conductor welding joint comprises e.g. (1) adding graphene powder in the solder paste, through mechanical stirring and ultrasonic mixing the graphene powder finally uniformly dispersing in solder paste, forming solder containing graphene, (2) using solder for sand grinding close to one side of superconductive layer of yttrium barium copper oxide coated conductor (YBCO-CC) surface to remove sample surface oxidation layer, and (3) using alcohol to clean the surface and graphene coated on YBCO CC, then polishing of surface. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene containing yttrium barium copper oxide (YBCO) coating conductor welding joint, (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductor welding joint can effectively reduce the joint resistance, reduces joint heating and quenches in the service process, and does not influence the mechanical properties of the joint, extends the application range of YBCO CC, and can further promotes the industrial use of YBCO CC. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene containing yttrium barium copper oxide (YBCO) coating conductor welding joint comprises (1) adding graphene powder in the solder paste, through mechanical stirring and ultrasonic mixing the graphene powder finally uniformly dispersing in the solder paste, forming solder containing graphene, (2) using the solder for sand grinding close to one side of the superconductive layer of yttrium barium copper oxide coated conductor (YBCO-CC) surface to remove sample surface oxidation layer, (3) using alcohol to clean the surface and quickly the graphene coated on YBCO CC after polishing of the surface, against the polished plate with the sample surface is oxidized again, (4) using YBCO CC to be welded face adhered together, after paper is adhered into the welding clamp locating groove; placing the pressing block compressing the clamp on material testing platform, through control machine to realize the ejector rod in transverse pre-compression of the welded sample, keeping the pressure of 1-3 MPa, keeping for 0.5-2 minutes, removing the external force, (5) taking out the sample which is placed on the metal platform of large, starting the temperature controllable electric soldering iron, the temperature is set to be 230 degrees C, the horseshoe welding the welded sample heating welding, in the welding process, the application of suitable pressure stress, finally preparing graphene containing yttrium barium copper oxide (YBCO) coating conductor welding joint. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene containing yttrium barium copper oxide coating conductor welding joint is prepared by the above mentioned method.
