NOVELTY - A hydrocolloid dressing comprises 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene hydrocolloid complex and 12-18 pts. wt. aloe extract base, where the modified graphene hydrocolloid complex is prepared by the method involves taking 20-40 pts. wt. graphite powder, 15-20 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 4-8 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid in a container, stirring and mixing in an ice water bath, adding 10-15 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, the temperature is maintained at 80-95 degrees C and stirring for 50-60 minutes, adding 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water, the reaction temperature is lowered to 30-35 degrees C, the reaction is 25-30 minutes, adding 6-10 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, centrifugal washing, vacuum filtration and freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide, taking 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 10-15 pts. wt. surfactant and 20-25 pts. wt. deionized water and sonicate for 30-35 minutes to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution. USE - Hydrocolloid dressing. ADVANTAGE - The hydrocolloid dressing has increased solubility, enhanced dispersibility and absorption and strengthened antibacterial ability, better toughness and dispersion and stability.
