NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic graphene mesoporous material comprises dispersing graphene in concentrated nitric acid, heating and stirring, washing, drying to obtain acidized graphite, adding graphite, citric acid, ferric chloride hexahydrate, sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol in reaction kettle, reacting, dispersing in solvent and surface active agent, and adding silicon source, stirring, pre-hydrolysis, heating and mechanically stirring the solution at 60 degrees C for 12 hours, and dipping the solution in extraction solvent. USE - The magnetic graphene mesoporous material is useful for separating and enriching proteomics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method separates proteomics without biological toxicity in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing magnetic graphene mesoporous material comprises dispersing graphene in concentrated nitric acid, heating and mechanically stirring at 60 degrees C for 6-8 hours, washing until the pH value becomes 6-7, drying to obtain acidized graphite, adding graphite, citric acid, ferric chloride hexahydrate, sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol in reaction kettle in a ratio of 1-8:1.5:1.5:35:20, reacting at 200 degrees C for 8-12 hours, dispersing in solvent and surface active agent in a mass ratio of 1:10, adding silicon source, stirring, pre-hydrolysis, heating and mechanically stirring the solution at 60 degrees C for 12 hours, dipping the solution in extraction solvent at room temperature for 12 hours, drying at 550- 600 degrees C, and calcining under nitrogen protection for 3-4 hours.
