▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene sheet, comprises (a) performing plasma processing on polyethylene terephthalate film surface, and coating a oxidative graphene solution on the polyethylene terephthalate film by a spin coating method to produce an oxidative graphene sheet, (b) modifying surface of the oxidative graphene sheet with surface modifier and amine group, (c) drop casting a graphene quantum dot solution on the oxidative graphene sheet surface, and heating for coupling the graphene quantum dots with graphene oxide sheets, and (d) reducing the graphene oxide sheets. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheet has visible light photocatalytic activity (claimed), and is simple to produce. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene sheet, comprises (a) performing plasma processing on polyethylene terephthalate film surface, and coating a oxidative graphene solution on the polyethylene terephthalate film by a spin coating method to produce an oxidative graphene sheet, (b) modifying surface of the oxidative graphene sheet with surface modifier and amine group, (c) drop casting a graphene quantum dot solution on the oxidative graphene sheet surface, and heating for coupling the graphene quantum dots with graphene oxide sheets, and (d) reducing the graphene oxide sheets via a pressure-assisted thermal reduction method, and impregnating in water to separate polyethylene terephthalate film.
