NOVELTY - A sulfonated graphene based thermally conductive nylon material comprises 95-99.9 wt.% substrate material, and 0.1-5 wt.% sulfonated graphene with radial size of 500 nm to 50 mu m, thickness of 1-20 nm and carbon and sulfur mol ratio of 12:16:1. USE - Sulfonated graphene based thermally conductive nylon material used for led light, switch shell, laptop shell and mobile phone shell. ADVANTAGE - The material maintains good mechanical performance. The method is simple, and has mild and controllable condition and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of sulfonated graphene based thermally conductive nylon material comprising taking sulfonated graphene and nylon monomer, adding with water into high pressure reaction kettle, heating at 100-150 degrees C, stirring for more than 0.5 hours, continuously heating for 2 hours at pressure of more than 2-5 MPa, and vacuum pumping to stable viscosity.
