NOVELTY - Semiconductive composition comprises base resin, conductive material and graphene having an apparent density of 0.001-1 g/ml. USE - The composition is useful for producing power cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has low volume resistance at a high temperature, high conductivity and high flame resistance, provides semiconductive layer and sheet with high surface smoothness, and is economical and safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for power cable comprising a conductor, an inner semi-conductive layer disposed on the conductor, an insulating layer disposed on the inner semi-conductive layer and an outer semi-conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer, where at least one of the layers of the inner and outer semi-conductive layer is the base resin, and the graphene and the conductive material are dispersed on the base resin.
