NOVELTY - Biodegradable clothing is prepared by biodegradable fabrics by cutting, stitching or hot pressing. The biodegradable fabric includes woven biodegradable fiber yarn. The biodegradable fiber yarn includes 20-25 wt.% polybutyrate adipate terephthalate (PBAT) thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, 15-20 wt.% poly(glycolic acid) (PGA), 10-15 wt.% polybutylene terephthalate adipate, 10-15 wt.% graphene modified epoxy resin, 5-10 wt.% silver nano ion powder, 3-8 wt.% white carbon black, 5-10 wt.% corn starch, 5-10 wt.% polyethylene copolymer, 3-5 wt.% polyester plasticizer, 1-3 wt.% pigment, and 1-3 wt.% antioxidant. The polyester plasticizer is prepared by copolymerization of dibasic acid, dihydric alcohol and trihydric alcohol. The production of biodegradable clothes includes weighing the raw materials according to the proportion by weight, and placing them into the mixing machine for uniform mixing to form a mixture. USE - Biodegradable clothing. ADVANTAGE - The biodegradable clothing has good biodegradation, and improves the sterilization effect of biodegradable clothes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Biodegradable clothing is prepared by biodegradable fabrics by cutting, stitching or hot pressing. The biodegradable fabric includes woven biodegradable fiber yarn. The mixture are added to the refining machine for refining, when the mixture is refined in the refining machine, the temperature change inside the refining machine is mainly divided into three stages, among which, the first stage is 25-45 degrees C, the second stage is 45-60 degrees C and the third stage is 60-120 degrees C. The critical temperature between the first stage and the second stage needs to stop heating for 10 minutes. The critical temperature needs to stop heating for 15 minutes during the second and third stages. The heating is stop, refined for 20 minutes and kept the temperature of the refining machine unchanged when the temperature in the third stage reaches 80 degrees C. The raw material is passed into the granulating machine to obtain biodegradable plastic granules. The discharge port of the granulation machine is equipped with a cooling device. The cooling device is used to cool the high-temperature biodegradable plastic pellets produced by the pelletizing machine. The biodegradable plastic pellets are added to the spinning machine for spinning, cooled, drawn, shaped, and then obtained the biodegradable fiber filaments. A knitting machine is used to weave the biodegradable fiber yarn to form a biodegradable fabric. The biodegradable fabric is cut into a suitable shape, and then connected the edges of the biodegradable fabric by stitching or hot pressing to produce biodegradable clothes.
