NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible high-conductive heat-conducting ceramic-based composite film involves adding sintering additive into ceramic powder, preparing a matrix material, taking diamond particles for coating, preparing coated diamond particles, taking graphene nanosheet and copper particles, preparing a base material, mixing coated diamond particles, graphene nanosheet and copper particles into slurry, preparing composite film blank by a casting process, or making the base material, coated diamond particles, graphene nanosheet and copper particles into a base film blank, a diamond film blank, a graphene film blank and a copper film blank, putting the composite film blank or base film blank, diamond film blank, graphene film blank and copper film blank into a mold, and sintering and molding. USE - Preparation of flexible high-conductive heat-conducting ceramic-based composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides film having excellent heat conductivity and high flexibility.
