▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A porous graphene material has 1-200 graphene layers having at least one monolayer. The graphene monolayer comprises less than 0.8 atomic% oxygen. The monolayer has 10-500 pores/ mu m2 that are scattered over the surface of the material with a pore size of 70-200 nm, and a ratio of the peak height (Id) of D-band to the peak height (Ig) of G-band at 1570-1596 cm-1 in the Raman scattering spectrum of 1-1.35. USE - Porous graphene material is used in lithium ion battery (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to portable electronics, hybrid vehicles (HVs), plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHVs), electric vehicles (EVs), and stationary power source applications for smarter energy management systems. ADVANTAGE - The porous graphene material has high electrolyte-absorption property, and provides lithium ion batteries with improved rate capability life cycle and enhanced capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) lithium ion battery, which comprises positive and negative electrodes comprising the porous graphene material; and (2) fabrication of the porous graphene material, which involves (i) applying a thermal shock to a carbon raw material having multi-layered graphene structure, in air by heating to 250-400 degrees C at a temperature increase rate of 10 degrees C/minute or more to obtain a sponge-like graphene material, and (ii) heat treating the sponge-like graphene material at 350 degrees C or more in a reducing atmosphere.
