NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) heating film comprises adding comb-shaped super-dispersant powder into water to form aqueous solution, adding graphene and carbon nanotubes powder in a mass ratio of 99-8:1, and sand grinding to obtain a water-stable graphene/carbon nanotube (GNP/CNT) solution with a solid content of 20%. Acrylic acid grafted epoxy latex is used as an adhesive, where the water-stable GNP or CNT solution is a conductive agent water-resistant dispersion solution. The electro-thermal nano-composite ink is printed on a hot polyethyleneteterethane substrate to obtain the PET heating film. USE - Method for preparing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) heating film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare PET heating film, which has excellent conductive heat-conducting reliability, fastness and water resistance under mechanical ultrasonic treatment, and high adhesive performance and good film forming ability, and provides fast and flexible coating for electro-thermal nano composite water ink, and improves the environment stability and chemical resistance of the heating film coating.
