NOVELTY - High hardness-scratch resistant modified polyvinyl chloride material comprises 50-85 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 30-70 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. organic coated metal powder, 15-26 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 1-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 2-6 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-4 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - Used as high hardness-scratch resistant modified polyvinyl chloride material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent mechanical property, anti-aging performance and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high hardness-scratch resistant modified polyvinyl chloride material comprising (i) weighing raw materials, (ii) pulverizing graphene, and sieving into 200 mesh sieve to obtain powder, where ultrasonic power of obtained powder is 100-200 W, temperature is 55-60 degrees C, and speed is 350-400 revolution/minute, then stirring for 20-35 minutes to obtain graphene-treated powder, (iii) adding surfactant into graphene-treated powder obtained in step (ii), and activating at 40-55 degrees C at a speed of 140-180 revolution/minute for 2 hours to obtain activated graphene powder, and (iv) adding polyvinyl chloride resin, polymethyl methacrylate, graphene, organic coated metal powder, polyolefin elastomer, compatibilizer, toughening agent, flame retardant and antioxidant into activated graphene powder obtained in step (iii), then placing in a high speed mixer for 40-8 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere, mixing at a high speed of 400-600 revolution/minute for 5-8 minutes in high-speed mixer, cooling to room temperature, then adding into twin-screw extruder, extruding, melting, cooling, air drying, and pelletizing to obtain product, where temperature of each zone of the twin-screw extruder is: first zone temperature is 200-210 degrees C, second zone temperature is 210-220 degrees C, third-fifth zone temperature is 220-230 degrees C, sixth zone temperature is 210-220 degrees C, and screw speed is 380-420 revolution/minute.
