ADVANTAGE - The porphyrin-reduced graphene oxide nonlinear optical material is featured with good solubility, improved graphene solubility and dispersion stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of porphyrin-reduced graphene oxide nonlinear optical material, which involves adding reduced graphene oxide, porphyrin and oxidant into an organic solvent X, functionalizing under nitrogen atmosphere, cooling, filtering, washing and drying the obtained reaction product to obtain a black powdery product, and covalently functionalizing obtained product.
