NOVELTY - Preparation of polyolefin/graphene nanocomposite material by mechanical shear force involves shearing and mixing graphene nanosheet, polyolefin powder and N-methyl pyrrolidone under the action of mechanical shear force to obtain a product, drying the product, and removing N-methyl pyrrolidone. USE - Preparation of polyolefin/graphene nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is efficient, environmentally-friendly and suitable for large-scale industrial preparation, promotes uniform dispersion of graphene nanosheet in polyolefin matrix, and provides nanocomposite material having improved electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, thermal stability, antistatic property, impact resistance, rigidity and heat resistance.
