NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is added in anhydrous ethanol and ultrasonically-dispersed, to obtain uniform-dispersion liquid. The dispersion liquid is added in the graphene oxide, centrifugally-separated and supernatant is removed. The supernatant is washed with absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, to obtain modified graphene oxide. Silane functional graphene is added to resultant product, ultrasonically-dispersed at 60-78 degrees C, resultant product is filtered using absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water and dried, to obtain dispersible silane functionalized graphene. USE - Manufacture of dispersible silane functionalized graphene. ADVANTAGE - The silane functional graphene is manufactured with improved dispersibility, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is added in anhydrous ethanol and ultrasonically-dispersed, to obtain uniform-dispersion liquid. The pH of the obtained uniform-dispersion liquid is adjusted to 3-4 under inert gas atmosphere. The dispersion liquid is added in the graphene oxide in mass ratio of 0.1:1-5:1, reacted at 78 degrees C for 12-18 hours, centrifugally-separated and supernatant is removed. The supernatant is washed with absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, to obtain modified graphene oxide. Silane functional graphene is added to resultant product, ultrasonically-dispersed at 60-78 degrees C for 12-24 hours, resultant product is filtered using absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water and dried, to obtain dispersible silane functionalized graphene.
