NOVELTY - Heat-dissipating and breathable memory foam comprises 20-35 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene triol, 10-20 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 10-20 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 1-2.5 pts. wt. pore-opening agent, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. silicone oil, 0.003-0.005 pt. wt. stannous octoate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-15 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 3-5 pts. wt. water, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. non-ionic surfactant and 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, where the modified graphene is bis-amino-terminated polyethylene glycol grafted graphene. USE - The heat-dissipating and breathable memory foam is used in production and processing of household articles and bedding articles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipating and breathable memory foam has excellent heat dissipation, ventilation and excellent rebound resilience. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the heat-dissipating and breathable memory foam, which involves taking 70 wt.% ethylene glycol and mixing with water, non-ionic surfactant and silane coupling agent, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed solution (A), adding modified graphene to the mixed solution (A), uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed material (B), adding toluene diisocyanate to the mixed material (B), uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed material (C), adding polyoxyethylene triol and polyether polyol, pore-opening agent, silicone oil and stannous octoate, mixing, uniformly stirring the mixture at 75-90 degrees C to obtain a mixed material (D), adding the mixed material (C) and the remaining ethylene glycol to the mixed material (D), uniformly stirring and degassing at 80-85 degrees C, passing to a mold for foaming and curing, and demolding; and (2) the use of the heat-dissipating and breathable memory foam, which involves using the heat-dissipating and breathable memory foam in production and processing of household articles and bedding articles to obtain household articles and bedding articles.
