NOVELTY - Preparing hyperbranched polyglycidyl ether hydrogel dressing comprises dissolving oxidized hyperbranched polyglycidyl ether in phosphate buffered saline solution, and mixing with chitosan composite solution at 20-40℃ to obtain final product. The mass ratio of oxidized hyperbranched polyglycidyl ether to chitosan in the solution is 1:0.5-1:1.5. The oxidized hyperbranched polyglycidyl ether is (I). USE - The hyperbranched polyglycidyl ether hydrogel dressing is useful for preparation of trauma repairing medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hyperbranched polyglycidyl ether hydrogel dressing: has rapid gelation time, self-repairing property, electrical stimulation responsiveness, excellent antibacterial performance against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, excellent biocompatibility, excellent effects on trauma repairing drugs and/or bandages, hemostatic, moisturizing and bacteriostatic effects on trauma; and can synergize with electrical stimulation to promote trauma repairing, and can detect the movement of human active parts.
