NOVELTY - Carbon quantum dots capable of electrochemical wireless diagnosis comprises compound A containing hyaluronic acid, pluronic, polyethylene glycol, poly(2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate), Polyvinylpyrrolidone, alginate, gelatin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, carboxylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and/or polyacrylic acid, compound B containing a catechol functional group, and compound C containing colistin, and/or vancomycin grafted onto Compound A of the carbide. USE - Used as a carbon quantum dots capable of electrochemical wireless diagnosis. ADVANTAGE - The carbon quantum dot improves surface coating and solubility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: producing carbon quantum dots comprising preparing a solution A by dissolving compound A, grafting the compound A to the compound B by adding a solution B containing the compound B containing a catechol functional group to the solution A, preparing a carbide by carbonizing the compound A grafted with the compound B, preparing a carbide solution by dissolving the carbide in a solvent, and grafting compound A of the carbide to the compound C by adding a solution C containing compound C; and electrochemical wireless diagnosis method using the carbon quantum dots.
