▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene-nitrile latex composite slurry comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber and 0.025-5 pts. wt. graphene. The solid content of the nitrile rubber is 40-50%. USE - Graphene-nitrile latex composite slurry for use in preparation of graphene-nitrile latex glove (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-nitrile latex gloves prepared by using the composite slurry are soft, comfortable to wear, and has high tear strength, excellent antibacterial and antistatic properties, small fixed tensile stress, excellent anti-aging performance, high conductivity of graphene, high strength and anti-friction property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for producing graphene-nitrile latex composite slurry, which involves (i) adding sulfur, zinc oxide, accelerator, antioxidant, ethylamine, dispersant, casein and soft water into a vulcanized ball mill, mixing evenly, ball milling at a speed of 40-60 rpm for 48-75 hours to obtain ballasted sulfur material, (ii) adding graphene to nitrile rubber, mixing evenly to obtain graphene-nitrile latex, (iii) adding ballasted sulfur material to graphene-nitrile latex and pre-vulcanizing to obtain graphene-nitrile latex composite slurry; and (2) preparation method of graphene-nitrile latex glove, which involves (i) using graphene-nitrile latex composite slurry as dipping slurry for secondary dipping and homogenizing, adding graphene-nitrile latex composite slurry with thickening agent in an amount of 1-1.5 wt.% of nitrile rubber, stirring evenly, so that the slurry reaches a predetermined viscosity, forming a dipping slurry for the grouting process, (ii) grouting, drying, secondary dipping and homogenizing, secondary drying, stripping, and performing sulfur drying process to obtain graphene-nitrile latex glove.
