NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder by two-stage temperature controlled air pressure method comprises sending graphene precursor to first-stage temperature control zone to preheat material to remove part of moisture in graphene precursor and sending inert gas to first-stage temperature control zone at a certain pressure, partially intercalating inert gas into gap of graphite sheet layer under a certain pressure in the first temperature control zone, passing through low-pressure temperature control zone of the second stage and gradually expanding and using inert gas partially as expansion during heating process, generating carbon dioxide and water vapor gas by the reduction of graphene precursor generate a large internal pressure between graphene sheets interlayer and exfoliating graphite sheet layer. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene powder by two-stage temperature controlled air pressure method. ADVANTAGE - The method prevents the problem that product is burned due to contact with air when the material is overheated due to excessive temperature of the material and reduces exhaust emissions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for device for preparing graphene powder, comprising twin screw front section screw with angle of 30-60 degrees and used to adjust the speed of material and uniform heating of the material. The first temperature control first heating device is set at a temperature of 60-120 degrees C for preheating the material. The second temperature control second heating device has a set temperature of 120-320 degrees C and moisture and residual solvent in the material evaporate. The second temperature control third heating device has a set temperature of 150-520 degrees C and material starts to be reduced at a high temperature. The second temperature control fourth heating device sets the temperature to 200-720 degrees C to improve the material reduction effect. The second temperature control fifth heating device sets the temperature to 200-1000 degrees C to ensure the complete reduction of the material. The twin screw back section screw having angle of 30-120 degrees , used to adjust the speed of the material and uniform heating of the material. The second temperature control sixth heating device sets the temperature to 200-1000 degrees C to ensure complete reduction of the material. The second temperature control seventh heating device sets the temperature to 200-1000 degrees C to ensure complete reduction of materials. The cooling section, surface coated with ceramics with high temperature heat-resistant coating is used for initial cooling of materials and jacket storage device is supported at the back end of the cooling section for material cooling.
