USE - High content graphene modified nylon 6 masterbatch used in manufacturing of thermally conductive, conductive nylon composites and permanent antistatic nylon 6 fibers or permanent antistatic nylon 66 fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high content graphene modified nylon 6 masterbatch is easy to use, and cost-effective, has high particle characteristic viscosity, high alkene content, high coefficient of heat conductivity, low surface resistance, bending strength, high tensile strength, and has realizes large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high content of graphene modified nylon 6 masterbatch, which involves: (A) mixing the graphene oxide and the coupling agent, heating the ultrasonic agitation, adding the dispersant, heating and stirring, adding the catalyst, heating and stirring to obtain the graphene slurry; (B) adding caprolactam and molecular weight regulator to the polymerization vessel, heating to caprolactam melting, stirring, adding graphene slurry obtained, adding graphene slurry until the completion of grafting, heating and stirring continued ring-opening reaction began vacuumizing, heating and stirring to polymerize, stopping agitation, balancing still, cooling and nitrogen discharging, cooling and pelleting to obtain high content graphene modified nylon 6 masterbatch semi-finished products; and (C) subjecting hot-water extraction and drying the high-content graphene-modified nylon 6 masterbatch to obtain final product.
