▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Core shell structure reinforced natural rubber composites comprise: (a) amine modified nanosilica and graphene oxide, where the amine modified nanosilica and graphene oxide prepares self-assembled hybrid core shell structure; and (b) natural rubber matrix, where the nano particles of self-assembled hybrid core shell structure are reinforced into the natural rubber matrix. USE - The composites are useful in tire tread compound and tire inner liner (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composites: exhibit 125% increase in tensile strength, 50% increase in tensile modulus, 70% increase in hardness, 10.42% increase in elongation at break, 17.29% improvement in rolling resistance, where the filler is present in an amount of 3 parts per hundred rubber; are eco-friendly; utilizes the nanosilica as a filler in tire to replace normally used carbon base; and can be manufactured by process is simple, economic and environment friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) tire tread compound and tire inner liner comprising the core shell structure reinforced natural rubber composites; and (2) preparing the composites comprising (i) treating graphite with potassium permanganate, sodium nitrate and sulfuric acid and dispersing in distilled water to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) dispersing amine modified silica in distilled water, mixing along with stirring, precipitating out the core shell structures, washing and drying to obtain self-assembled core shell structures, (iii) incorporating core shell nanoparticles into the natural rubber latex, coagulating using formic acid, drying, mixing vulcanizing agents via latex stage mixing or two roll mill mixing to obtain nano-composite and keeping it for at least 24 hours as per , and (iv) curing the product obtained in step (iii) using a compression molding press to obtain core shell structure reinforced natural rubber composites.
