▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of paper-based double-imprinting material involves: (1) fixing graphene oxide-blood crystal compound on a surface of filter paper material by negative pressure; and (2) dissolving a functional monomer acrylamide, template protein and 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine as template in a phosphate buffer solution, fully and uniformly mixing the mixture, incubating at 20-37 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, adding the graphene oxide-blood crystal compound supported on the surface of filter paper material to the above obtained solution, adding N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, hydrogen peroxide and acetylacetone, carrying out polymerization under dark condition at 20-37 degrees C for 12-24 hours, and washing the filter paper material obtained in the step (2-2) with an eluent to remove the template protein and 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing paper-based double-imprinting material, which is useful for selective identification of protein or quantitative detection of protein, where the protein is thyroglobulin protein (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of paper-based double-imprinting material in an environmentally-friendly manner. The paper-based double-imprinting material is easy to recycle and specifically identify proteins, and has good color development, excellent water-retaining and hydrophilic properties, and high-throughput detection of protein macromolecules. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the paper-based double-imprinting material prepared by the above method.
