NOVELTY - A graphene masterbatch comprises 5-10 wt.% graphene material, 5-20 wt.% dispersant and 70-90 wt.% base resin. USE - Graphene masterbatch of antibacterial polymer material for plastic product used for refrigerator, plastic tableware, plastic bottle cap and plastic toilet lid (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-efficiency antibacterial polymer material acts as an antibacterial agent to delay food deterioration. The bacterial contamination of the plastic tableware is avoided, maintains body health, and bottle cap is prepared without secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene masterbatch, which involves mixing base resin, graphene material and dispersant uniformly, extruding and granulating; (2) antibacterial polymer material comprises 10-20 wt.% graphene masterbatch and 80-90 wt.% matrix resin; and (3) manufacture of antibacterial polymer material, which involves mixing graphene masterbatch and the base resin uniformly, and extruding and granulating.
