NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based porous carbon capacitor comprises mixing water-soluble sugar and graphene material for hydrothermal reaction, adding blowing agent during reaction, adding activator at the end of reaction, and performing carbonation reaction to obtain product. The blowing agent is nitrogen-containing blowing agent. The activator is potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, zinc chloride, and/or phosphoric acid. The graphene material is graphene, graphene oxide, or graphene derivatives. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based porous carbon capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method greatly inhibits graphene stack and agglomeration which increases specific surface area and porosity, and improves utilization rate of specific surface area and specific capacitance.
