NOVELTY - A nano device consists of vertically erected nanowires provided at predetermined intervals on a substrate, a graphene layer containing graphene, provided on the upper portion of the nanowires, and an upper layer provided on the graphene layer. USE - Nano device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano device of verticle nanowire structure having improved electrical characteristics is manufactured.
