NOVELTY - High heat radiating apparatus comprises heat sink (1), metal substrate (2) and coating on metal substrate. The coating comprises 5-15 wt.% of graphene oxide, 5-45 wt.% of glycerol, 0.5-1.5 wt.% of fluorine-containing additives, 4-7 wt.% of hydroquinone, 19-41 wt.% of tetrahydrofuran and 20-60 wt.% of shellac glue. USE - High heat radiating apparatus for electronic components. ADVANTAGE - The high heat radiating apparatus has high thermal efficiency, long service life and good interfacial metal substrate properties.
