NOVELTY - Preparing composite corrosion inhibitor comprises (1) (i) placing 1 kg flake graphite into a mixed acid solution containing 100 l concentrated sulfuric acid and 10 l concentrated nitric acid to prepare mixed solution containing flake graphite, where the ratio between flake graphite and concentrated sulfuric acid is 1 kg :100 l, the volume ratio between concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid is 10:1, and heating the obtained mixed solution at 40-50 degrees C and stirring for 30 minutes, adding 6-8 kg potassium permanganate into the mixed solution, the weight ratio between potassium permanganate and flake graphite is 8-6:1, continue to stirring the mixed solution after adding potassium permanganate for 30-40 minutes, heating the stirred mixed solution at 60 degrees C for 3-6 hours, continue to heating at 90 degrees C for 30 minutes, and cooling the reacted mixed solution to room temperature naturally to obtain initial graphene solution. USE - The corrosion inhibitor is useful for treating hot dipping waste plate and recycling galvanized steel plate (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The use method: adopts dezincification process with one quarter of the original dezincing time of 1 hours; iron content in the steel plate reaches 88.85 %; surface dezincification rate of the steel plate reaches 98%; reduces the iron loss; and obviously increases the yield of zinc.
