NOVELTY - The laser has a single-mode optical fiber (4) connected with a pumping source (1) and a wavelength division multiplexer (2). A high reflectivity optical fiber Bragg grating (9) is connected at a reflection end of an optical fiber laser part. A low reflectivity optical fiber Bragg grating (7) is connected at output end of the optical fiber laser part. The high and low reflectivity fiber Bragg gratings are fixed on a piezoelectric ceramic (8). A grapheme mode-locking device (5) is provided with an optical fiber flange, which is formed on a graphite film of an optical fiber end head. USE - Optical fiber grating and graphene based tunable mode locked fiber laser. ADVANTAGE - The laser is compact in structure and stable.
