▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The non-reciprocal three power divider has a terahertz region and is made of graphene and a dielectric substrate composed of silicon dioxide and silicon. A disc-shaped resonator and six waveguides are coupled frontally to the resonator. The resonator is magnetized by an external DC magnetic field normal to its plane and the physical principle of operation based on the dipole resonance of magnetized resonator. The insulation properties of the electromagnetic signal source connected to the input port of the divider against unwanted reflections from the output ports. USE - Non-reciprocal three power divider controllable in graphene-based terahertz range. ADVANTAGE - The non-reciprocal three power divider provides higher operating frequency band and better power split levels between output ports.
