NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyester powder coating comprises matrix resin, curing agent, pigment filler, degassing agent, flatting agent, antioxidant and graphene. USE - Graphene modified polyester powder coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified polyester powder coating enhances the chargeability of the powder particles. The powder coating penetrates to higher extent than conventional powder coating and effectively adhere to workpiece surface. The coating is dust-free, cost-effective and of better quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified polyester powder coating, which involves: (A) mixing graphene and matrix resin, pulverizing, and uniformly stirring the pulverized material to obtain well dispersed blend; and (B) adding curing agent, pigment filler, degassing agent, flatting agent and antioxidant to the blend, stirring uniformly, extruding at high temperature, cooling, pressing, and separating the finally obtained product.
