▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity aluminum alloy includes 9-12 wt.% silicone, 2.5-3.5 wt.% copper, 0.25-0.5 wt.% magnesium, 0.02-0.05 wt.% rare earth elements, 0.2-0.5 wt.% iron, 0.02-0.05 wt.% graphene, and aluminum (remaining amount). USE - High heat-conducting aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-type carbon material has large specific surface area, strong heat transfer ability, high mechanical strength characteristics and gradually replaces the traditional carbon material and wide application. The graphene is not easy to disperse and the distribution is not uniform in the aluminum alloy, the highest heat conductivity of the high heat-conducting aluminum alloy can reach to 310W/K m, and it has good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the high heat-conducting aluminum alloy.
