▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Highly efficient graphene-based conductive additive comprises reduced graphene oxide and nano carbon black, where the nano carbon black is attached to both sides of the reduced graphene oxide, the nano carbon black contains high DBP value nano carbon black and low DBP value nano carbon black, the low DBP value nano carbon black is added in an amount of 3-5 times (mass ratio) of the high DBP value nano carbon black and the mass ratio of the nano carbon black and the reduced graphene oxide is 10:0.4-2.4. USE - Used as highly efficient graphene-based conductive additive. ADVANTAGE - The conductive additive has excellent electrical conductivity, improved interfacial conductivity of graphene sheets and other materials and improved dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing highly efficient graphene-based conductive additive, comprising: (i) mixing uniformly the low DBP value nano carbon black and the high DBP value nano carbon black in a mass ratio of 3-5:1; (ii) adding 10 pts. wt. mixed carbon black into 50 pts. wt. aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide and dispersing by an emulsification homogenizer, where the mass concentration of the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion is 1-6%; and (iii) placing the dispersion in a hydrothermal reaction vessel, reacting at 180 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling to room temperature, taking out the reactant and drying.
