▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The absorber has multiple structural units that are periodically arranged with each other. Each unit structure comprises a bottom metal film (1), an intermediate dielectric layer (2) and a top graphene film (3), where geometric centers of the bottom metal film, the intermediate dielectric layer and the top graphene film coincide. The top graphene film is formed as a petal-shaped structure. The petal-shaped structure comprises eight spindles with identical geometric shapes, where end of each spindle coincides with center of each unit structure. The top graphene film is provided with a single-layer atomic arrangement structure. The bottom metal film is formed as a reflector. USE - Petal-shaped graphene material based terahertz broadband tunable absorber. ADVANTAGE - The absorber is simple in structure, and can realize broadband strong absorption of terahertz waves and satisfy application requirements for terahertz wave absorption.
