NOVELTY - Graphene anti-ultraviolet flame-retardant synergistic agent is composed of graphene sheet, metal organic framework and phosphorus-containing flame retardant, where the mass ratio of the graphene sheet and the MOF is 1: (5-500), the mass ratio of the graphene sheet and the phosphorus-containing flame retardant is 1: (1-100). USE - Graphene anti-ultraviolet flame-retardant synergistic agent used as polymer flame retardant synergistic and anti-ultraviolet modified. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anti-ultraviolet flame-retardant synergistic agent is eco-friendly and non-toxic, and has improved flame retardant and ultraviolet aging resistance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene anti-ultraviolet flame-retardant synergistic agent, which involves mixing the graphene sheet with methanol, putting in horizontal sand mill, grinding at room temperature, obtaining graphene methanol dispersion, dissolving the nickel nitrate hexahydrate in graphene methanol dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain solution A, dissolving the 2-methyl imidazole in methanol to obtain solution B, under the magnetic stirring, slowly dropping the solution B into the solution A, ultrasonically dispersing and transferring to hydrothermal reaction kettle to perform hydrothermal reaction, after finishing reaction kettle, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging the solution, washing the obtained solid product by methanol, then re-dispersing in methanol, obtaining the methanol dispersion of graphene grafted metal organic framework, under the magnetic stirring, slowly dripping the aqueous solution containing phosphorus flame retardant into the methanol dispersion of graphene grafted metal organic framework, reacting for 30 min to 90 min at room temperature, after finishing reaction, centrifuging, drying to obtain graphene anti-ultraviolet flame retardant synergistic agent.
